winplus10 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winplus10 ("winplus10," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winplus10 online gaming platform available at winplus10.org, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the winplus10 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its provisions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winplus10 Platform and close your account.

To register and use the winplus10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. winplus10 strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a winplus10 account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winplus10, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by winplus10 or by any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

winplus10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

To access the full range of winplus10 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. winplus10 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winplus10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winplus10 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winplus10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winplus10 support immediately.

winplus10 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the winplus10 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). winplus10 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) — processed instantly
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers
• Other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process. winplus10 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which winplus10 accepts no responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your winplus10 account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. winplus10 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and to request supporting documentation before processing any deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your winplus10 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• winplus10 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• winplus10 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

winplus10 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions, pending investigation.

winplus10 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all winplus10 promotions include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• winplus10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• winplus10 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

winplus10 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, winplus10 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. winplus10's decision in such matters is final. winplus10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winplus10 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false information during registration
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the winplus10 Platform
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward winplus10 staff or other players

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winplus10 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of winplus10.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winplus10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

winplus10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winplus10 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winplus10 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winplus10 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

You may close your winplus10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

winplus10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Any other circumstance in which winplus10 determines, in its sole discretion, that account closure is necessary or appropriate

Upon termination for cause, winplus10 reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the winplus10 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting winplus10 customer support. winplus10 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

winplus10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winplus10 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the winplus10 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
